• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid cosmetology license in the respective state.
• Proven experience as a hairstylist or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting coloring and styling techniques.
• Familiarity with various hair types and textures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

• Basic math and cash handling skills.
