Job Description

We have an urgent requirement Business Development in Healthcare with our client based in Dubai
The Business Development Role focuses on identifying developing and managing opportunities within the healthcare & related industries. This is to be a part of a Business that encompasses the development and implementation of technology solutions aimed at improving healthcare delivery patient care clinical workflows and health management systems. The role often combines sales strategic planning and deep knowledge of HealthTech trends.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation and Sales: Identifying potential clients and partners in the healthcare space (such as hospitals clinics health insurance companies or healthcare providers) who could benefit from health technology solutions
. 2. Relationship Building: Establishing strong longterm relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare administrators practitioners and technology Go to market (GTM) partners. This often includes managing relationships with Csuite executives medical professionals and IT leaders in healthcare & related organizations.
3 Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about trends challenges and emerging technologies within the healthcare sector such as telemedicine electronic health records (EHR) AI in healthcare wearable health devices and healthcare data analytics.
4 Solution Design and Proposal Creation: Collaborating with technical teams to tailor health technology solutions to meet the needs of clients. This includes providing direction to internal teams to create proposals demonstrations and presentations to communicate the benefits of the solutions.
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and executing strategies for approaching the market positioning products or services and meeting sales goals. This might involve cold calling networking attending industry conferences/events and leveraging digital marketing tools.
  2. Negotiation and Contract Management: Overseeing the contract negotiation process ensuring both parties agree on terms and conditions pricing and deliverables. This involves managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
  3. Client Support and Onboarding: After the sale helping internal teams to support clients through onboarding processes and ensuring the smooth implementation of the health tech solutions and helping internal teams to deliver training troubleshooting and ensuring solutions meets Clients healthcare needs.
  4. Collaboration for Product Development : Working with product development teams engineers and technical experts to ensure solutions are designed and implemented as per the clients requirements.
  5. Regulatory Knowledge: Staying up to date with healthcare regulations (such as DHA MOH HIPAA in the U.S. GDPR in Europe etc.) and ensuring the technology solutions comply with these standards.
  6. Market Expansion: Identifying new geographic regions healthcare markets or verticals where the health tech products or services can be expanded or introduced.
Key Skills:
1. Sales and Negotiation: Ability to sell complex health technology solutions manage long sales cycles and close deals with healthcare organizations.
  1. HealthTech Knowledge: Indepth understanding of healthcare technology trends such as EHR/EMR systems telemedicine medical devices wearables data analytics artificial intelligence (AI) health information exchange (HIE) and more.
  1. Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of healthcare operations clinical workflows regulatory standards and the unique challenges healthcare organizations face
. 4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to create longterm strategies for client acquisition market positioning and partnership development.
5 Communication: Clear and effective communication skills both to explain complex technology in simple terms and to manage relationships with stakeholders at different levels (from clinicians to executives).
  1. ProblemSolving: Ability to address challenges in the healthcare space and provide innovative solutions that drive improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.
Ideal Experience:
Experience in business development sales or account management in the healthcare technology or related sectors.
Understanding of clinical operations healthcare IT systems and the needs of medical professionals.
Familiarity with digital health innovations such as AIdriven diagnostics telemedicine IoT in healthcare or health data analytics.
