Overview: The Assistant Manager of Business Development plays a critical role in driving growth and strategic partnerships for the organization. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and crafting actionable insights that inform decisionmaking processes ensuring that the organization does not just react to market changes but anticipates and navigates them effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in developing business proposals and presentations.
- Knowledge of negotiation tactics and contract management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
