Job Description

We are looking for a passionate talent with former hotels Sales & Marketing experience who will oversee and drive from Sales & Marketing point of view the successful opening of Swisstel Marinsk Lzn Resort hotel;  a newly constructed  5star hotel with 125 hotel rooms and suites a lobby bar restaurant Swiss Cafe and roof bar. The Purovel Spa & Sport will be at the heart of operations. The amazing new built hotel is set to open in September 2025 operated under Swisstel brand via Hotel Management Agreement.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and leadership: Establish annual business and marketing plans; manage monitor and ensure effective execution of daily sales and marketing activities to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Performance and market analysis: Prepare regular performance reports; perform market and competition analysis to optimize strategies.
  • Industry Networking & Account Management: Build relationships with industry leaders; manage key customers and niche markets with tailored strategies as well as ecommerce
  • Sales initiatives and guest offers: Support targeted sales efforts; design and promote packages and services to suit guest preferences.
  • Negotiating contracts and representing the hotel: Represent the hotel at events to raise brand awareness; manage all RFPs
  • Digital Marketing and Team Management: develop and supervise digital marketing strategies; train and mentor the sales and marketing team.

 


Qualifications :

Who Are We Looking For Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 5 years in hotel Sales & Marketing with exposure to Corporate MICE Leisure group and individual segments. Premium/luxury resort experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Fluent in English and German; Another language a plus; Strong business awareness presentation communication leadership management and analytical skills.
  • Education: University degree.
  • Expertise: Destination sales & marketing social media and revenue management.
  • Attributes: Guest and qualityoriented dedicated professional with strong influencing negotiating and interpersonal skills.
