Northwest Talent Solutions is partnering with a premier behavioral healthcare organization in Vancouver Washington to find a talented Director of Nursing ready to make an impact in mental health and addiction treatment. Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead and develop a highperforming nursing team dedicated to psychiatric and behavioral health care
- Drive clinical excellence through implementation of evidencebased practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and experience
- Shape and advance the organizations behavioral health nursing strategy

What You Bring to Succeed:
- BSN degree with active unencumbered Washington state nursing license
- Proven behavioral health/psychiatric nursing experience
- Strong track record of nursing leadership and team development
- Passion for behavioral healthcare and patientcentered treatment
- Excellence in building collaborative relationships across departments
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Commitment to quality improvement and best practices
