Our client is a holding company in the property development industry listed in the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Responsibilities
- Leads the development and execution of strategic sales & marketing plans that effectively communicate overall facility sales goals including strategic directions key objectives target segments strategies marketing & public relations on an ongoing basis.
- Leads the development of all facility related pricing and marketing initiatives including dynamic based pricing strategies.
- Creating and overseeing the delivery of sales and marketing programs
- Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans that maximize profitability
- Continually researches and analyzes local market conditions to obtain an indepth understanding of competitors pricing strategies throughout the year.
- Prepare reports such as annual sales plan monthly sales reports annual goals sales & marketing budgets and forecasts.
- Effectively followsup with clients in a timely manner.
- Responsible for sales lease and marketing for all properties and projects under the company.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (BA) and 10 years of proven experience in driving sales in the property development sector
- Ability to read write and speak English and Chinese is required in order to perform the duties of the job
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Possess a high level of accuracy
