With more than 1600 vending machines They deliver over 200 million coffee portions each year supported by a dedicated 24/7 service team to maintain quality and provide seamless customer support

The franchise program offers a comprehensive model for entrepreneurs looking to enter the coffee vending market. Franchisees benefit from extensive training technical support and marketing resources allowing them to confidently operate and grow their businesses. This partnership model is designed to simplify the process providing the equipment maintenance and training required for success in the coffee industry.

Job Opportunity: Sales Manager Coffee Franchise Solutions

They are expanding their franchise network to Poland and seeking a Sales Manager in Warsaw to work closely with the founders and build a dynamic sales team.

About the Role: In this role you will have the opportunity to shape and lead a sales team as you drive the expansion of the franchise program. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to attract new franchise partners and manage ongoing relationships. This is a handson position collaborating directly with the founders to bring their vision to the Polish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to attract and onboard franchise partners
  • Build and lead a highperforming sales team providing guidance training and performance management
  • Identify and engage prospective clients presenting their unique franchise solutions
  • Establish and nurture longterm relationships with franchisees and business partners
  • The role has the potential to become a Country Manager role as they expand

Qualifications:

  • 4 years experience in franchise sales with experience building and managing sales teams preferably of franchising.
  • Fluent in Polish with strong English skills
  • Proven negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding abilities
