Job Role Director Sales (Software Solutions / Services)
About PrimeSoft
We have been providing software engineering services to clients in India US and Canada for over 17 years. Out of our total strength of 350 engineers we have over 130 engineers based out of our Hyderabad Office over 120 engineers based out of Bangalore Office and over 70 engineers based out of Mumbai Office. We also have around 30 consultants working for US enterprises based out of our office in the US in Baltimore Maryland.
Our Digital Transformation offerings include Java/.Net microservices or backed API transformation Angular/React/Angular Ionic/React Native development UI transformation Manual Automated and Performance testing DevOps and CI/ID using Jenkins Ansible KubernetesTerraform and Cloud Infrastructure management services on Azure and AWS.
Our process and adherence to standards were strengthened over the last 17 years working with US and Canadian product development companies. Most of our projects are implemented using agile methodologies. We have a handful of clients close to 14 customers for a team of 350 engineers.
Role:
Must be passionate and have proven achievements in
Banking Financial Services Insurance enterprise/digital/product/fintech landscape with solution and services selling experience
Present PrimeSoft s software solutions / services to existing and prospective customers and drive efforts to expand and grow in a specific or all of the following geographies: India Singapore Africa Middle East Singapore Australia and US.
Proactively identify the size and prioritize all significant opportunities in the territory by assessing customer requirements consulting with them on company offerings and managing their needs and expectations.
Effectively close sales with a widely diverse set of prospects each with unique needs ranging from corporate to government
Develop compelling proposals to address customer pain points with help from the technical team.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets of self and team
Manage mentor & guide the sales team towards successful sales outcomes
Define and execute sustainable entry into new markets or segments by leveraging partner networks or connections.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proficient in identifying nurturing and closing large and medium B2B deals in software solutions and services market in both in India and international markets
Must have a good network at CXO level in banking financial services and insurance domains Fintech/Health Tech Companies Product companies.
Possess sound understanding of emerging technologies in the software development field and offshoreonsite model of working
Must have participated in trade shows and possess connections with various industry bodies
Possess highly developed communication (both verbal & written) presentation and negotiation skills.
Must have demonstrated exceptional customer experience judgment and be incredibly analytical and creative.
Should be independent and able to function in a single person ( limited ) team environment
The ideal candidate would possess both a technical background that enables them to easily interact with customers software developers business development managers and a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business product and technical challenges.
Good to have experience in expanding offerings to new geographies
