Position: Social Media Content & Analytics Specialist

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Working Hours: Initially EST working hours. After training flexible on hours (23 hours overlap). Weekly remote meeting where overlap sync is required.
Scope of the Role:
We are seeking a detailoriented and datadriven Social Media Content & Analytics Specialist to focus on brand building and driving direct sales primarily through Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured processdriven environment and has a command of basic social media tools. You will work with a preestablished style guide and templates to create engaging content track analytics and help grow our client base and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development and Management:
- Collaborate with the team to build a structured content model focusing on ideation and execution.
- Create basic social media graphics using Canva and perform light video editing and clipping.
- Plug provided data points into templates and style guides to generate posts.
- Maintain consistency with branding and messaging guidelines.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze Instagram performance metrics identifying trends and opportunities to optimize content strategy.
- Run detailed analytics reports to determine what content resonates and drives sales.
- Provide feedback and insights based on analytics to continuously refine the approach.
Systems and Processes:
- Adhere strictly to predefined systems and templates to streamline social media management.
- Develop and maintain structured workflows for content creation and posting.
- Use tools like Slack and Asana to coordinate tasks and track progress.
Client Engagement and Sales Growth:
- Leverage social media to convert followers into customers and drive direct sales.
- Develop strategies to nurture potential clients and increase engagement with the brand.
- Implement datadriven feedback loops to refine strategies and achieve measurable results.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Social Media Content & Analytics Specialist
- Proficiency in Canva for creating social media graphics.
- Basic video editing skills for short clips and stories.
- Experience with Instagram analytics including interpreting and reporting on performance data.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on adherence to processes and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Slack and Asana for communication and task management.
- Ability to implement structured feedback loops to continuously improve performance.
