Roles and Responsibilities

Client Interaction:
- Handle outbound calls to clients for followups and payment updates.
- Communicate effectively in Kannada and English to maintain professional client relationships.

Payment Followups:
- Ensure timely collections by following up with clients for outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of payments received and update the financial database regularly.

Accounting Activities:
- Manage daytoday financial transactions and company accounts.
- Use Tally ERP for recording ledger entries generating invoices and reconciling accounts.

Reporting and Compliance:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Support statutory compliance including GST filings and financial documentation.

Coordination:
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth accounting processes.
- Provide management with regular updates on account status and outstanding receivables.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and accounting practices.

Fluent in Kannada and English for client communication.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of GST compliance and financial reporting is preferred.
