Tasks
1. Manage all financial transactions and maintain accurate records and invoicing and followup on for payment schedule using Tally software.
2. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
3. Monitor cash flow and budgeting to ensure financial stability.
4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial analysis and support.
6. Preparation and filing of GST TDS ESI EPF to ensure compliance with laws.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve financial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
