Job Description
Position Title: IPO Advisory Specialist
Location: Mysore India
Mode: Work from Office
Experience:
Chartered Accountants: 3 years of experience in IPO advisory or public listing.
SemiQualified CAs: 4 years of experience in IPO engagements.
Compensation: As per industry standards
Notice Period: Immediate / Within 30 Days / Serving Notice Period

We are seeking dynamic professionals with prior experience in IPO advisory and public listing processes. The ideal candidate will guide clients through IPO readiness ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations and assisting in drafting key documents like the Red Herring Prospectus. Roles and Responsibilities
Guide clients through IPO preparation including financial restructuring due diligence and regulatory approvals.
Draft and review Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) and prospectus filings.
Coordinate with SEBI stock exchanges and merchant bankers for listing approvals.
Oversee financial modeling valuation reports and investor presentations.
Ensure compliance with SEBI ICDR regulations.
Conduct audits reconciliations and financial statement reviews for IPO requirements.
Manage project timelines ensuring smooth IPO execution and coordination with legal teams and underwriters.
Provide advisory on corporate governance ESOP structuring and shareholding patterns.
Requirements
For Chartered Accountants: Qualified CA with 3 years of experience in IPO advisory or public listing.
For SemiQualified CAs: CA Intermediate/Final with 4 years of experience in IPO engagements.
Proven track record of assisting companies in IPO processes in India.
Strong understanding of SEBI guidelines stock exchange regulations and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in coordinating with regulatory bodies (SEBI NSE BSE).
Familiarity with financial modeling and investor relations.
Ability to manage multiple client engagements and tight deadlines.
