Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members ensuring professional growth and development.
Financial Reporting & MIS:
Prepare and oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
Develop and maintain MIS reports for the Director and other senior management.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
Taxation:
Manage and oversee the companys tax obligations including direct and indirect taxes.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and timely filing of returns.
Work with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure accurate tax planning and minimization.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Oversee the management of accounts receivable and payable ensuring timely collections and payments.
Implement and maintain efficient credit control processes.
Fund Management:
Manage the company s cash flow ensuring optimal utilization of funds.
Monitor and control fund allocation to various projects and departments.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Assist in the development of financial strategies and plans to support the company s objectives.
Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and costsaving opportunities.
Compliance & Audit:
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
Coordination with Senior Management:
Work closely with the Director and other senior management to support strategic decisionmaking.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 7 years of postqualification experience in accounting and finance.
Experience in NBFC or financial advisory services is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations financial reporting and fund management.
Proven experience in leading and managing a finance team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
