Job Description
Job Title: Chartered Accountant
Location: Kerala
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting and budgeting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare examine and analyze accounting records financial statements and reports.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings and audits.
- Provide guidance on cost reduction revenue enhancement and profit maximization.
- Collaborate with management for strategic planning and decisionmaking based on financial data.
- Conduct risk management assessments and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor cash flow forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants or finance team members.
- Liaise with external auditors regulatory bodies and financial institutions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- MBA qualification is an added advantage.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles standards and compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
