Job Description
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop a deep understanding of various retail asset products including consumer and commercial loans such as personal loans business loans overdrafts home loans loan against property commercial vehicle loans construction equipment loans tractor finance etc
- Familiarity with retail liability products such as current accounts savings accounts fixed deposits etc
- Knowledge of retail systems including BCIF Finacle Core Nx and other relevant platforms
- Understand the operational aspects and intricacies of these systems
- Stay updated on emerging industry practices related to retail asset products and operations
- Preferably have experience in handling project workflows and exposure to retail asset operations
- Implement and execute structured change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adaptations
- Demonstrate strong planning and organizing skills to effectively manage operational activities
- Pay attention to detail and possess problemsolving abilities
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities
Requirements

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of retail asset products retail liabilities and associated processes
- Familiarity with retail systems especially BCIF Finacle Core Nx or similar platforms
- Knowledge of emerging industry practices in retail asset operations
- Experience in handling project workflows and executing change management processes
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
Must Have :
Understanding on various Retail Asset Products Commercial Vehicle Light Commercial Vehicle Construction Equipment Tractor Finance)
Preferably experience in handling project workflows and exposure to retail assets.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Having 1 2 yrs of experience in handling similar products.
Should be hands on in excel operation with good typing speed.
Should be able to follow bank s guidelines and be open to learning new processes and system.
Should be an effective team member of RAOps to handle loan disbursement
