Work Hours (Client) : 11AM 7PM EST (Tuesday Saturday) ((Saturdays can occasionally be switched to Mondays depending on needs of the business))
Holidays : Easter Labor Day Memorial Day Thanksgiving & Christmas
Pay Range : $900$1000/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

We sell a variety of beauty supply products such as hair extensions wigs weaves braids hair skin and nail care hot tools salon and barber supplies clippers and trimmers chemicals for hair jewelry makeup hair accessories and other general merchandise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to drive our online presence and enhance customer engagement through impactful digital strategies. This role will manage content creation audience interaction and campaign development across key platforms focusing on expanding brand reach and attracting new leads.
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals and brand vision especially on Facebook and Instagram
- Create engaging content including graphics video and written posts to captivate our audience and build brand loyalty
- Plan execute and optimize social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads Instagram Ads and Google Ads) for lead generation
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach
- Manage communication with leads ensuring timely and personalized responses via text email and social channels
- Maintain an organized database of leads and interactions tracking progress from lead generation to conversion
- Keep updated on social media trends and digital tools to refine our strategies and better connect with our audience
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience managing and growing business accounts on Facebook and Instagram with a solid understanding of platformspecific content trends and best practices
- Experience creating and optimizing social media ad campaigns especially for lead generation and proficiency with Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads
- Ability to build engaging landing pages and website to attract and capture leads
- Strong organizational skills for tracking leads campaigns and communications
- Familiarity with the beauty industry or previous experience marketing beautyrelated products or services is a HUGE plus!
