PRIMARY ROLE
The Territory Manager is responsible for developing the business assigned to the geographic territory of Central Region of Saudi Arabia. Responsible to deploy the Professional Sales business models and improve constantly the P&L for the region. Leads Sector Sales Leads Account Managers and other resources assigned to his area. This is a direct customerfacing sales role with responsibility to retain existing revenues and close new revenue opportunities with both existing and new customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Command and own any and all programs and items including sales performance management taking proactive and responsible steps to improve account profitability and cashflow of the Territory. Perform opportunity analysis for margin improvement.
Monitor and report for both respective accounts and aligned Key Accounts by utilizing corresponding tools such as Sales Funnels quarterly reporting market share analysis and other reports requested by central stakeholders.
Lead the team on application expertise and execution delivery including customer training and merchandising to reinforce value proposition and brand equity. Hold monthly and quarterly review session with team and customers heads of department and location general managers.
Lead the team in sales growth in geographic area and sector(s) by identifying analyzing and addressing opportunities for new customer acquisition as well as within existing customers through product and application recommendations.
Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement of the Territory.
Develop retain and acquire talent by utilizing team development mechanisms and training tools to enhance sales effectiveness. Analyze respective area territory design and sales role assignments while considering market opportunity and available talent.
Hold regular team meetings or phone conferences to manage working capital sales funnels and project completion.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a minimum of 810 years of related experience with a Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Admin or Chemical Engineering.
