Responsibilities
- Strategically manage social media accounts for three distinct photography brands
- Develop and implement content strategies to grow engagement align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Create and schedule compelling onbrand content across social media platforms showcasing each brand s unique identity.
- Design and execute innovative email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and strengthen customer relationships.
- Monitor analyze and report on key performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
- Proactively brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to drive growth and engagement across all channels.
- Collaborate with the team on branding and messaging while maintaining autonomy in daytoday execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media strategy content creation and email marketing.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Proficiency in graphic design video editing and email marketing software.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in creating and interpreting analytics reports to measure performance and guide decisions.
Scope
- Oversee social media and email marketing for three photography brands ensuring strategic alignment and consistent messaging.
- Plan develop and manage content calendars to maintain a steady flow of highquality posts and campaigns.
- Engage with communities across platforms fostering meaningful connections.
- Provide detailed growth and engagement reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Monday to Friday anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM (20 hours per week)
Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and email marketing. Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
