Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. If you have expertise in NetSuite a solid background in accounting for projectbased industries (ideally Solar) and experience in AR/AP bookkeeping and other accounting functions we want to hear from you!
Location: San Pedro Laguna
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: Night Shift
What Youll Do:
Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP): Manage invoicing payments and reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness.
Bookkeeping: Maintain organized and uptodate financial records.
Project Accounting: Handle financial transactions and reporting for projectbased operations particularly in the Solar industry.
NetSuite ERP Utilization: Leverage NetSuite for accounting tasks ensuring efficiency and compliance.
General Accounting: Prepare journal entries monitor budgets and support audits.
Financial Reporting: Compile and analyze data to generate accurate financial statements.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and company policies.

Requirements
What We re Looking For:
At least 3 4 years of experience in accounting with exposure to projectbased industries (Solar energy experience is highly desirable).
Proven expertise in AR/AP bookkeeping and general accounting functions.
Proficiency in NetSuite ERP is a must.
Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance or a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Good English communication and written skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
