The Role: Practice Attorney Product Liability
We are seeking a Practice Attorney with a strong background in product liability law to support a highly regarded legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to significant litigation matters while benefiting from a collegial and collaborative work environment.
In this role you will:
- Provide Legal Expertise: Support litigation involving consumer brands aviation products and manufacturers in highstakes matters.
- Counsel Clients: Offer strategic advice in mass tort disputes and product liability claims.
- Collaborate with a National Team: Work with a group of over 70 attorneys recognized for their expertise in product liability and mass torts.
- Deliver Quality Representation: Manage cases with attention to detail professionalism and strategic precision.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with:
- Experience: At least 3 years of product liability law or equivalent litigation experience.
- Educational Background: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Skills: Superb written and oral communication skills with a commitment to delivering highquality work.
- Mindset: A collaborative detailoriented and clientfocused approach to practicing law.
