We are seeking a Midlevel to Senior Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join a nationally recognized commercial litigation team in Los Angeles. The Role: Business Litigation Associate Attorney
In this position you will handle complex business disputes working closely with experienced practitioners to deliver innovative legal solutions for clients.
In this role you will:
- Represent diverse clients in complex business litigation cases in federal and state courts.
- Develop and execute tailored litigation strategies to meet client goals.
- Draft motions conduct discovery and manage largescale litigation matters.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys at both local and national levels.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with:
- Experience: 46 years of experience in complex business litigation with a proven track record managing sophisticated cases. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred and at least two years of litigation experience at a firm is required.
- Educational Background: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Bar Admission: Active California Bar membership is required.
- Skills: Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills strong analytical abilities and experience managing largescale litigation.
