The Role: Practice Attorney Product Liability
We are seeking a Practice Attorney with a strong background in product liability law to join a nationally recognized legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity to support significant litigation matters while enjoying a collaborative and collegial work environment.
In this role you will:
- Provide Legal Expertise: Support litigation involving flagship consumer brands aviation products and national/international manufacturers in high stakes matters.
- Counsel Clients: Offer strategic advice to clients in mass tort disputes and product liability claims.
- Collaborate with a TopTier Team: Work with a nationally ranked group of over 70 attorneys specializing in product liability.
- Deliver Quality Representation: Manage cases with precision professionalism and attention to detail.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with:
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of product liability law or equivalent litigation experience.
- Educational Background: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to provide strategic legal guidance.
- Mindset: A collaborative detailoriented and clientfocused approach to practicing law.
