Business Litigation Associate Attorney Midlevel to Senior San Francisco CA

We are seeking a Midlevel to Senior Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join a leading commercial litigation team in San Francisco. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment that values diversity equity and professional growth.

The Role: Business Litigation Associate Attorney

As part of this nationally recognized team you will handle complex business litigation represent diverse clients and work closely with experienced attorneys in both local and national capacities.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and litigate complex business disputes in federal and state courts.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute tailored litigation strategies.
  • Draft motions conduct discovery and prepare for trial and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Work alongside experienced practitioners in a collegial and innovative environment.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Experience: 46 years of complex business litigation experience with a successful track record of managing sophisticated matters. Judicial clerkship experience is highly preferred.
  • Educational Background: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Bar Admission: Active California Bar membership is required.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills strong analytical abilities and the capacity to manage largescale litigation.
