Job Description
Litigation Associate
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for a Mid level Litigation Associate.You will work with leading clients in technology and life sciences gain exposure to cuttingedge legal issues and collaborate with top litigation professionals.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 3 5 years of of experience in litigation with a focus on copyright trademark trade secrets consumer class action and/or complex commercial disputes.
- Experience representing clients in highstakes complex litigation matters across a range of industries.
- Experience working on cases involving intellectual property disputes trade secrets consumer protection issues and businesstobusiness commercial matters.
- Ability to collaborate closely with senior attorneys to strategize and manage all aspects of litigation from pretrial preparation to trial and appeal.
- Engage with clients and industry leaders to deliver effective legal counsel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Top law school credentials with excellent academic performance.
- Active NY BAR membership or eligibility to waive in.
- Detailoriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented fastpaced environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Salary: $250000 $380000
