We are assisting them in their search for a Mid level Litigation Associate.You will work with leading clients in technology and life sciences gain exposure to cuttingedge legal issues and collaborate with top litigation professionals.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
3 5 years of of experience in litigation with a focus on copyright trademark trade secrets consumer class action and/or complex commercial disputes.
Experience representing clients in highstakes complex litigation matters across a range of industries.
Experience working on cases involving intellectual property disputes trade secrets consumer protection issues and businesstobusiness commercial matters.
Ability to collaborate closely with senior attorneys to strategize and manage all aspects of litigation from pretrial preparation to trial and appeal.
Engage with clients and industry leaders to deliver effective legal counsel.
REQUIREMENTS:
Top law school credentials with excellent academic performance.
Active NY BAR membership or eligibility to waive in.
Detailoriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented fastpaced environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary: $250000 $380000
