Job Description
Patent Litigation Associate
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for aJunior to Mid level Associate to join their nationally recognized Patent Litigation Group.You will supportclients ranging from innovative startups to established leaders in technology and life sciences.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 1 5 years of patent litigation experience.
- Experience representing clients in complex patent disputes in federal courts across the United States and in parallel postgrant proceedings before the Patent Office.
- Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies and work closely with clients to address their business needs.
- Willing to gain handson experience in all stages of patent litigation from prelitigation strategy through trial including discovery motions practice and expert witness preparation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Top law school credentials with excellent academic performance.
- Active NY BAR membership or eligibility to waive in.
- Industryspecific degrees or experience in hightech or life sciences fields are preferred but notrequired.
- Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Salary: $230000 $380000
