Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations across dark stores in the zone.
- Align zonal goals with organizational objectives to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities and plan for new store launches or expansions.
- Oversee endtoend operations including inventory management fulfillment and delivery timelines.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all stores.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy delivery speed and customer satisfaction.
- Build lead and mentor a team of store managers and operational staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
- Foster a culture of accountability innovation and excellence within the team.
- Prepare and manage budgets for zonal operations.
- Ensure costeffectiveness in operations by minimizing wastage and optimizing resources.
- Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain high standards of customer service across all stores.
- Address escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Continuously innovate to improve the overall customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with legal safety and company policies.
- Mitigate operational risks and implement measures to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure process adherence and identify areas of improvement.
