Job Description: Head of HR

Role Overview:
As the Head of HR you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy and culture at NewMe. You will lead all HR functions including talent acquisition employee engagement learning and development organizational design and performance management. Reporting directly to the founders you will be responsible for creating a workplace that inspires innovation collaboration and a deep sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with NewMes business goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on peoplerelated matters.
2.Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
Drive innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent especially those aligned with GenZ culture and creativity.
Build NewMes employer brand to position it as a workplace of choice.
3. Culture & Employee Engagement:
Foster a culture of inclusiveness creativity and collaboration.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
4. Performance Management & Development:
Design and implement performance management systems that reward innovation and excellence.
Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
5.Organizational Development:
Align HR policies and practices to support a highperformance culture.
Oversee workforce planning succession planning and organizational design.
6.Compliance & HR Operations:
Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
Streamline HR operations for efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:
8 years of experience in HR leadership roles preferably in a consumer internet or fastgrowing startup environment.
Proven track record in building and scaling HR functions.
Strong understanding of GenZ culture and modern workplace dynamics.
Expertise in employee engagement talent acquisition and organizational design.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A strategic thinker with a handson approach to execution.
