We are looking a Head of Sales with a strategic mindset and proven results to lead growth efforts in the U.S. market. This professional will be responsible for designing strategies from scratch managing key relationships and building highperforming sales teams while representing the company at highimpact events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement growth strategies to capture new business opportunities and increase market share in the B2B U.S. market.
- Manage relationships with key clients both current and potential maximizing account value.
- Identify new business opportunities based on market trends and data analysis.
- Build and lead sales and growth teams fostering a highperformance culture.
- Represent the company at networking events and conferences strengthening brand presence.
- Analyze sales metrics to optimize strategies and maximize results.
Essential Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales account management and growth strategies in the U.S. market.
- Proven track record of successful execution of commercial strategies.
- Experience attending networking events and conferences.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Availability to travel within the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology or services sector in the U.S. market.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and team leadership.
Conditions:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
