Job Description

As a PreSales & Solution Consultant you will drive Celigo license services and support sales for NetSuite customers focusing on seamless integrations. This role involves assessing integration needs designing tailored solutions and delivering technical demos. You ll collaborate with sales technical teams and thirdparty partners to ensure smooth solution positioning and implementation handoff.

Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST
Work setup: Remote/Work From Home

Your Daily Tasks

Sales Support & Solution Design:
  • Work alongside the sales team throughout the sales cycle to position Celigo as the preferred integration solution for NetSuite customers.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to assess customer integration needs business processes and system architecture.
  • Design and present tailored Celigo integration solutions showcasing how they improve workflows and enhance NetSuite functionality.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and proofofconcept (POC) sessions to showcase Celigo s capabilities.
  • Engage with Celigo partners and thirdparty platforms to build comprehensive endtoend integration proposals.

Technical & Business Analysis:

  • Identify integration pain points process inefficiencies and automation opportunities for customers.
  • Document solution requirements and collaborate with technical teams to scope feasibility and effort estimates.
  • Stay updated on Celigo features NetSuite ecosystem trends and industry best practices to improve solution offerings.

Collaboration & Sales Handoff:

  • Ensure a smooth transition from presales to project execution by working closely with implementation teams.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to align solution expectations with delivery teams.
  • Validate project scope and deliverables during execution to ensure alignment with the proposed solution.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in PreSales Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering focusing on NetSuite and/or integration platforms (iPaaS).
  • Strong knowledge of Celigo s Integration Platform or other iPaaS solutions (e.g. Boomi Mulesoft Jitterbit Workato).
  • Proven ability to sell integration solutions by demonstrating business value and ROI to customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead meetings with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess business requirements and design scalable integration solutions.
  • Selfdriven adaptable and eager to stay updated with emerging NetSuite and integration technologies.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (required).
