Position:Head of Studio Management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with senior management to define and implement operational strategies tailored to the local market
- Oversee the setup and execution of projects ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
- Build and lead a strong local team working closely with HR on recruitment and retention plans
- Adapt HR processes to align with local culture and legal requirements
- Position the local office as an attractive workplace in the region
- Create and enforce operational policies that align with local regulations
- Manage daytoday operations ensuring smooth efficient functioning
- Promote collaboration between local and other regional teams.
- Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal use of staff equipment and materials
- Regularly assess processes to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline workflows
- Ensure compliance with legal standards company policies and local legal requirements
- Use data insights to monitor performance and guide continuous improvement
- Identify operational risks and opportunities developing strategies to mitigate risks and maintain business continuity
- Develop and manage operational budgets ensuring costeffective operations
- Monitor and manage expenses implementing costsaving initiatives when needed
- Oversee vendor relationships and supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and costeffectiveness
- Ensure the workplace environment is safe efficient and fully supported by necessary facilities and logistics
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- A bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field; a masters degree is a plus
- Extensive experience in operations management including leadership roles
- Previous experience in establishing and managing operations preferably in a related industry
- Proficiency with management systems and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of local regulations and legal requirements
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in building and managing successful teams
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Innovative thinker focused on improving operational efficiency
- Able to adapt to changing environments and manage pressure effectively
