About the Opportunity
We are in search of an experienced and visionary leader to join our organisation as the Head of Studio Management. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to oversee the operations of our creative studio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in studio management a strong understanding of the creative process and the ability to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies tailored to the local market.
- Oversee project execution ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Recruit develop and lead a highperforming local team collaborating with HR on hiring and retention strategies.
- Adapt HR policies to comply with local cultural and legal requirements.
- Establish the local office as a desirable workplace in the region.
- Develop and enforce operational policies in line with local regulations.
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth business functions.
- Foster collaboration between local teams and other regional departments.
- Optimize resource allocation ensuring effective use of personnel equipment and materials.
- Continuously assess processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and local laws.
- Use datadriven insights to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify potential operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them while ensuring business continuity.
- Develop and oversee operational budgets ensuring costeffective processes.
- Monitor expenses and implement costsaving initiatives where applicable.
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and cost management.
- Ensure a safe wellequipped and efficient workplace environment with proper facilities and logistics support.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in operations management including leadership roles.
- Strong background in setting up and managing operational functions ideally within a relevant industry.
- Proficiency in management systems and data analysis tools.
- Indepth knowledge of local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
