Our client is a leading organisation in the digital space that is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of SEO to drive organic growth and lead SEO initiatives. This role requires a strong background in technical SEO a proven ability to develop successful strategies and leadership experience in guiding highperforming teams.

Responsibilities:
As the Head of SEO your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Guiding content teams to create engaging content while keeping SEO a priority.Collaborating closely with design product management and development teams to ensure alignment.Developing market forecasts and expansion plans.Establishing key performance metrics and presenting updates to senior leadership.Designing innovative link acquisition strategies.Serving as the goto SEO expert staying ahead of industry trends and search algorithm updates.Analysing performance data to provide actionable insights.Supporting PR and social teams on strategy and approach.Conducting competitor research and identifying new opportunities for growth.Collaborating with Product and Marketing to optimise conversion rates for organic traffic.Managing relationships with SEO agencies and search partners.
Requirements:
5 years of SEO experience with a focus on technical SEO and user acquisition.Expertise in site architecture crawlability and indexation.Experience leading global teams and working across multiple markets.Proven track record of delivering results in a fastpaced environment.Advanced proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics BigQuery) and BI platforms.Handson experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs SEMrush or similar.Skilled in Core Web Vitals optimisation and site performance improvements.Strong knowledge of international SEO multilingual optimisation and largescale site migrations.Familiarity with modern web frameworks CDN/DNS technologies and their SEO implications.Understanding of web security protocols and their impact on search performance.
