As our next Commis Chef you
Are curious about food always willing to try new combinations and flavours.
Assist in the preparation of the dishes in a timely fashion and agreed standards.
Observe excellent food hygiene practice through the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for food and displaying very high standards of production and presentation.
- You have a working understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP.
- You have the capacity to multitask cope well under pressure and are able to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher).
- Demonstrate proficiency in knife skills and basic cooking techniques.
- Have knowledge of various cuisines and culinary trends.
- Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and cooking methods.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse kitchen environment.
- Display a keen eye for detail in food preparation and plating.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required.
- Show a commitment to continuous professional development in the culinary field.
