Job Description: Chef de Partie

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook highquality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's standards and recipes.
- Assist the head chef in menu planning and the development of new dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned workstation.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff including training and delegating tasks as necessary.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Manage food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in the preparation of food presentations for special events and catering.
- Assist in maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a highvolume kitchen environment.
- Indepth knowledge of various cooking techniques ingredients equipment and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for food and creativity in culinary presentations.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant setting is preferred.
- Experience in managing kitchen staff is a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
