HR Task Force: Duties That Define
- Prepare Individual Employment Agreements
- Conduct Job Offer Sessions and Contract Signings
- Announce New Hires
- Collect and monitor PreEmployment Requirements including PreEmployment Medical Exams
- Update Government Records and assist candidates with (e.g. BIR PhilHealth PagIBIG Fund New Hire Reporting)
- Conduct Reference Checks
- Coordinate NHO with ISDTs and New Hires
- Create Employee IDs
- Manage and update internal systems
- Report to Payroll and handle invoicing
Requirements
HRReady: The Essentials You Need
- Bachelors or associates degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proven experience as an Onboarding Analyst or in a similar HR role
- Experience with HR standard software such as HRIS and MS Office
- Experience with ATS and resume databases
- Good working knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Good organizational and time management skills
