About the Client:
The Change Climate Project (TCCP) a fastgrowing nonprofit dedicated to addressing climate change seeks an Operations Associate to join its team. TCCP collaborates with companies and consumers to tackle one of the world s most urgent challenges through commonsense solutions with the potential for significant impact. These include The Climate Label and a suite of highimpact carbon management software tools. The organization is searching for a highly motivated individual to contribute to its mission in the role of Operations Associate.
Role Summary:
The Operations Associate will support our team in both program delivery and general corporate operations. Tasks will be planned out and managed by team members and in most cases will be timesensitive and involve confidential information related to our clients and our points of contact. The Operations Associate will play a critical role in contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage data throughout the certification process ensuring completeness and accuracy across systems.
- Work extensively within reports spreadsheets and other systems to manage and integrate data.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards to help the team track key results and suggest innovative ways of measuring and monitoring these metrics.
- Conduct data analysis to support team efforts on certification processes program upgrades and ongoing updates.
- Review certification documents as needed to verify information and crosscheck data.
- Monitor multiple externalfacing email inboxes and triage inquiries and questions promptly providing responses and taking action based on established procedures.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence through Slack emails and Zoom with internal team members and via email with external members of our community (i.e. companies).
- Coordinate bulk uploads develop mailing lists and set up and send mail merges.
- Conduct basic accounting and customer service tasks to track and reconcile payment records across various systems.
- Set up invoices and licenses for new and renewing accounts as needed.
- Troubleshoot payments.
- Perform desktop research on topics relevant to the organization s programs goals and/or current events.
- Assist with volunteer team coordination by gathering relevant data (links agreements etc.) tracking engagement and ensuring volunteers are adequately supported through onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Create and maintain business process documents for each task to ensure applicability and efficiency across the team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of managing admin tasks independently.
- You have strong attention to detail can work with datasets and other information resources with a high degree of accuracy and proactively identify and record errors or gaps.
- You have demonstrated data analysis skills are able to synthesize data and draw insights that support team decisionmaking and program updates.
- You are responsive and collaborative when handling new tasks demonstrating the ability to suggest process and workflow improvements that enhance team efficiency.
- You have strong timemanagement skills and can prioritize tasks from multiple stakeholders setting clear expectations and completing tasks within established timeframes.
- You are exceptionally organized and detailoriented with a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate file directories organize complex data within files and efficiently track information across multiple databases and tools.
- You can communicate your work both verbally and in writing tailoring your message effectively for different stakeholders.
- You are adaptable and receptive to feedback adjusting your approach to maintain highquality standards.
- You are technically proficient with Google Workspace tools (Sheets Docs Slides) and Salesforce.com with a capacity to adapt quickly to new software or data systems as required.
