General Operations Manager (ECommerce)

Role Overview
We seek a versatile General Operations Manager to work closely with our CEO supporting the launch of two brands in the home goods space. You’ll manage research strategy implementation and operations thriving in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
1. Research
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends customer needs and competitors.
- Perform product feasibility studies and assist in design.
- Source and evaluate manufacturers vendors and suppliers.
2. Strategy
- Develop procurement manufacturing and product launch strategies.
- Define pricing distribution and promotional plans.
3. Implementation
- Manage project timelines vendor coordination and budgets.
- Establish operational workflows and quality standards.
- Utilize tools like Shopify Klaviyo and project management platforms.
4. Oversight & Management
- Lead vendors and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor financial health including budgeting and reporting.
- Ensure quality control and explore scaling opportunities.
- Engage with stakeholders including investors and customers.

Compensation
- As the brand scales (612 months) compensation will increase in alignment with revenue growth.
