- Manage and supervise a team of Loan Operations Associate and Senior Associate ensuring daily tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Train new team members on processes procedures and software systems.
- Monitor team performance provide constructive feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline Loan Operation processes.
- Maintain schedules and assignments ensuring workload distribution is balanced and deadlines are met.
- Resolve complex issues or escalated inquiries from team members providing guidance and solutions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments or teams to enhance (functional / departmental) processes and crossfunctional efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance metrics productivity and quality standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of Accounting Financial Management or have a business degree with 12 units of accounting
- 23 years experience in handling Loan Operations with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with Intermediate Excel skills. (Can use the functions vlookup if and or sumif and pivot tables)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Leadership qualities with a positive and motivational approach to managing a team.
