Position: Account Manager

Work Hours:

  • Fulltime: MondayFriday 8 AM 5 PM PST/
  • MondayFriday 12 AM 9 AM PHT

Holiday: US Holidays
Salary Range: $750 $1250 per month.

We are a cannabis supply chain packaging and vaporizer hardware company specializing in creating custom products organizing production and managing delivery from China to the US and Canada. We do not sell any THC products but rather the packaging and devices through which THC products are contained and consumed through. We have gotten 10s of millions of dollars in revenue and needs help in continuing to expand as we grow in the market share within the industry.

Job Title: Account Manager

Position Summary: The Account Manager (AM) plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales and order fulfillment process. This position involves close collaboration with sales representatives (SRs) clients vendors and internal teams. The AM is responsible for managing various tasks from handling sample orders to coordinating with shippers and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sample Order Management:
    • Facilitate sample order requests by sending them to Slack.
  2. Client Onboarding:
    • Send and manage new client forms.
  3. Quote Preparation:
    • Create and edit RFQs (Request for Quote).
  4. Purchase Order Management:
    • Oversee the creation of purchase orders (POs).
    • Handle PO requests and uploads including requested edits.
    • Ensure the PO approval process is completed correctly.
    • Alert the relevant team for the SignNow and Master Order Tracker (MOT) process.
  5. Production Coordination:
    • Place orders with vendors and monitor the progress.
    • Track payment of deposits and proof approvals.
    • Work with the Sales Rep for final approval on orders.
  6. Shipping Coordination:
    • Coordinate logistics with shipping partners.
  7. Order Tracking:
    • Maintain and update order tracking processes in the designated system
  8. Client Communication:
    • Send weekly reports to clients.
    • Respond to client queries as requested by the Sales Rep coordinating with vendors or shippers as necessary.
  9. Finance Coordination:
    • Alert the Finance Team about upcoming order completions for timely vendor payments.
    • Notify clients about pastdue payments.
  10. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the Project Manager for any product changes.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • English Proficiency: Excellent Communication Skills Fluent
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively without making mistakes
  • Experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
  • Proactive nature
  • Takes complete responsibility for their work selfstarter
  • Proficiency in Google Apps Excel Salesforce or other CRM

Reporting Structure: The Account Manager will report to the Operation Manager
