Responsibilities:
Building strong longterm client relationships and maintain frequent contact- Setting digital strategies for the assigned clients considering their specific requirements
- Communicating regularly with the sales team about opportunities for current or new clients
- Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the results
- Working on allocate the budget across the internal teams
- Compiling reports as required
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the clients desires.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Digital account manager 35 years of experience
- Saudi Nationality is preferred
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
