Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Ads Specialist to develop implement and optimize ad campaigns on Google AdWords LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of each platform's advertising ecosystem and a proven track record of creating successful ad strategies that drive conversions and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop manage and optimize ad campaigns across Google AdWords LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads to achieve client goals and maximize ROI.
- Strategy Development: Create comprehensive ad strategies tailored to each platform considering client objectives target audience budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Performance ysis: Monitor and yze campaign performance data to identify trends insights and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate ad budgets to ensure optimal performance and costeffectiveness.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign strategies and resonate with the target audience.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different ad creatives targeting options and bidding strategies. Implement changes based on test results to improve campaign performance.
- Keyword Research: Perform thorough keyword research to identify highperforming keywords for Google AdWords campaigns. Continuously refine and expand keyword lists to enhance campaign relevance and reach.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting options on LinkedIn and Twitter to reach specific professional audiences and maximize engagement.
- Staying Updated: Keep uptodate with the latest trends updates and best practices in digital advertising to ensure campaigns are leveraging the most current strategies and technologies.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an Ads Specialist with a strong focus on Google AdWords LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads.
- Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of each platform's advertising tools algorithms and best practices.
- ytical Ss: Strong ytical ss with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Communication Ss: Excellent written and verbal communication ss. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Organizational Ss: Strong organizational ss with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Certifications: Google AdWords certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
