About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Ad Specialist to join our team and drive exceptional performance in Google and Meta ad campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience in ecommerce and B2B sales with a proven track record of delivering results in paid advertising. While direct client communication isn’t required proficiency in English and strong analytical and communication skills are essential for internal collaboration and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Develop and execute brand awareness initiatives to meet client objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with client goals.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Support additional marketing efforts such as email campaigns and website updates as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns particularly in ecommerce and B2B contexts.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing brand awareness strategies and analytics.
- Bonus skills: Email marketing and basic WordPress/website management.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
