Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the positioning of our integrated resort and maximize business performance across key business units including Hotel F&B Retail and Gaming.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth customer engagement and brand building within the resort.
  • Foster a culture of creativity encouraging innovative ideas and solutions that align with & enhance our brands identity.
  • Establish strong partnerships with business units to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that address specific objectives while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand presence.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to create a cohesive marketing strategy that effectively promotes the integrated resort as a unified and seamless expert.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns providing actionable insigths and strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Stay at the forefront of the latest trends tools and best practices in brand development marketing and customer acquisition ensuring our marketing efforts remain innovative & effective.
  • Oversee the brand resort marketing budget tracking expenditures and ensuring alignment wi overall marketing goals and objectives
  • Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of brand resort marketing professional fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.




Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in brand development datadriven decisionmaking and crossfunction collaboration with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional creative thinking skills with the ability to evaluate and implement creative ideas align with our brands identity.
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends tools and best practices in brand development marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate inspire and develop team members.
  • Proficient in marketing platforms and other relevant tools and technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and datadriven mindset with the ability to draw insights from marketing campaign performance and make strategic decisions based on data.
  • A proactive resultsoriented approach with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive innovation.
