Job Title: Project Manager
Working Hours: The client is in Denmark and the hours are flexible.
Salary Range: $1200$1700 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the Microsoft Suite and CoPilot demonstrating proficiency in utilizing tools to enhance project efficiency and communication. This role will also require an understanding of AI technologies particularly Microsoft's Copilot feature to leverage advancements that impact project workflows. Additionally candidates with knowledge in content creation will be considered a bonus as they will ist in planning and developing course materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main person responsible for creating courses from inception to completion.
- Lead project planning and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Utilize the Microsoft Suite effectively to manage project doentation communication and reporting.
- Implement and integrate AI tools including Microsoft Copilot to optimize project processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet goals.
- ist in content creation for courses contributing to the planning and development phases.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and deliverables.
Required:
- 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a direct role.
- 3 years of experience in the Microsoft Suite 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Project etc.). Must be extremely proficient.
- Knowledge and hands on experience with CoPilot directly.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in project management is preferred.
- Must be a gogetter and be self driven.
- Must be willing to work from the ground up and ist within the building.
Preferred:
- Experience in Video Editing (any software)
- Experience in Content Creation
