Job Description
HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labour legislation.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business administration human resources or a relevant field.
- A Minimum 35 years of Experience in H.R / any industries Gulf Exp will add value
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Age Between 21 37 years
- Basic English compulsory
- ARAB NATIONAL
