Act as a primary contact for media inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Create and implement effective public relations strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure favorable coverage and representation of the brand.
Craft and manage communication initiatives that engage both internal stakeholders and the public, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates that promote the organization’s mission and values.
Proactively identify potential issues and manage crisis communication effectively to protect the organization's reputation and mitigate risk.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, enhancing communication strategies and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Strategic PR Planning
Develop PR Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with the organization's goals, values, and target audience. Develop long-term strategies as well as specific campaigns.
Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers to ensure the organization gets positive coverage. Respond to media inquiries and pitch story ideas to journalists.
Brand Positioning: Position and promote the organization’s brand in a positive light through tailored messaging, consistent communication, and aligning the organization’s values with its public image.
Event Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of media events, press conferences, community outreach programs, and other public-facing events that enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, communications, or a related discipline.
Proven track record of successful media relations and strategic communication initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Crisis Management
Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect and manage the organization’s reputation during challenging situations (e.g., scandals, legal issues, product recalls, or natural disasters).
Respond to Negative Press: Act quickly and effectively to address negative media coverage, correct misinformation, and protect the organization’s reputation.
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure that key internal and external stakeholders are informed and prepared for any potential public relations challenges, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
Media and Stakeholder Relations
Media Outreach: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, bloggers, and media personalities to secure press coverage, interviews, and features in influential media outlets.
Influencer and Partnership Management: Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, strategic partners, and other external stakeholders who can amplify the organization’s message.
Press Releases and Statements: Write and distribute press releases, statements, and articles to keep the media and public informed of key events, product launches, or corporate developments.
Monitoring Media Coverage: Track media coverage, measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns, and analyze how media coverage is affecting the organization’s image and brand.
