- A Sales Executive sets annual sales targets and works with the Sales Manager and team to achieve them by identifying new prospects generating leads and converting them into loyal customers.
- Success in this role requires strong communication skills comfort with reaching out to potential clients and the ability to demonstrate products and services effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
- Actively seek new sales prospects via cold calling networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients addressing their needs and concerns.
- Prepare and present product/service demonstrations.
- Track and report on sales and financial data.
- Ensure product stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate in exhibitions conferences and trade fairs.
- Negotiate deals and address client objections.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Handle client queries and gather feedback.
- Document sales process orders and draft sales reports.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
