Description:
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees ensuring they complete necessary documentation and have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated queries concerns and policy clarifications.
- Assist in managing the performance appraisal process including tracking employee goals and performance reviews.
- Provide support in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
- Maintain and update employee records including personal data attendance and performance records.
- Prepare HR reports documents and presentations as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing ensuring accurate recording of attendance leave and other payrollrelated data.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role preferably in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies labor laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Salary Range: RM3000RM5000
Working Hours: MonFri 8am6pm
