As a Compliance Specialist for BOI Operations you will ensure our company aligns with the latest Board of Investments (BOI) regulations. Your daytoday involves monitoring adherence to regulatory standards performing thorough audits and advising on compliance strategies. You ll manage documentation and reporting working closely with teams to ensure smooth regulatory processes and will act as a point of contact for BOIrelated matters. This role calls for a keen eye for detail proactive communication and strategic thinking.
Shift: Day Shift (Fixed weekends off)
Work Setup: Onsite Quezon City
Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with BOI regulations and requirements.
- Stay updated with BOI guidelines policies and procedures.
- Support development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit documentation and reports for BOI.
- Keep precise records of compliance activities.
- Help prepare responses to BOI inquiries and audits.
Auditing and Monitoring:
- Conduct regular audits to confirm compliance with BOI regulations.
- Identify and communicate compliance risks.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve compliance issues.
Advisory and Training:
- Offer guidance to teams on BOI compliance matters.
- Assist in compliance training programs.
- Act as a resource for BOIrelated compliance inquiries.
Coordination and Communication:
- Work with departments to meet BOI compliance needs.
- Maintain strong communication with BOI and regulatory bodies.
- Engage in meetings with BOI representatives as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications Needed: Setting the Bar High in Compliance
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in regulatory compliance with experience related to the BOI and preferably with similar regulatory bodies.
- Indepth knowledge of BOI BOC OMB and other relevant laws rules regulations and standards applicable to EMAPTA s industry and operations.
- Strong analytical organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
