This is a remote position.
HR executive manages a companys human resources including hiring training and managing employees. They also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and develop and implement programs to improve employee performance.
Here are some responsibilities of an HR executive:
Develop and implement HR policies: Create and update HR policies that are fair and comply with company values and labor laws
Design compensation and benefits: Create and manage employee benefit packages
Oversee hiring: Manage the hiring process including sourcing screening and interviewing
Conduct performance reviews: Implement performance review procedures such as quarterly or annual evaluations
Manage employee relations: Handle employee grievances and ensure healthy employee relations
Monitor HR metrics: Track employee retention and turnover rates and monitor HR department budgets
Organize events: Plan and organize events and conferences for employees
Manage workplace safety: Manage workplace safety issues and complaints
Conduct exit interviews: Conduct exit interviews to understand why employees left the company
Maintain HR records: Maintain detailed records of employees and HR procedures
HR executives should have strong organizational analytical and interpersonal skills. They should also be familiar with the latest HR technology such as applicant tracking systems and payroll management software
